I can empathise with you.
I a long time ago..thought I'd try to do grocery shopping online..being daft I thought that it would be like a virtual tour of the aisles...no such thing so gave up after ages and never tried again..for me at least it's quicker to go to the shop myself..lol
Hope you get some money soon and that's a really big shop..will that last a long time?0 -
I've just done an online shop too with Tesco - took me an eternity and I wasn't even looking for anything other than those things on "my favorites"! Mine is being delivered on Monday evening and takes up most of my weekly budgetSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. ......L well done on getting through the online shopping......a girl can dream - can't do it here.......
Mind you I like food shopping - hangs head in shame - I really enjoy it and love doing my 6 month store cupboard top ups when on the mainland - how sad am I?
I keep using mysupermarket to update my 'perpetual' list which is still sitting at about 280..........lolTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Generally speaking, I find supermarket shopping very stressful - I have been known to abandon my full shopping trolley and run away before nowSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. Oh dear just me that enjoys it then.....................?:o DUnno why I like it I just really do - its my MSE fall down, the food cupboards, freezers etc are so full I need to stop!!!! Its like an addiction - I love food therefore I love food shopping
Maybe I should start a grocery shopping service??? I guess I'd need to pay people to let me shop for them.......:rotfl: if I charged less than the supermarkets maybe then it would be a go'er??
I only every abandon stuff in shops if there's a queue - I don't really see myself as a queueing type normally only happens in non-food situations as I hate all other kinds of shopping (except for plants) - but our local supermarkets are quite small and well I guess there's not alot of us living here.
Hypno - can I ask why you run away - (great that you do) just don't understand..................................Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Stressful few days with sister. Did have a lovely day out on Sunday, she paid for us to see Ice Age 3 and then we had a meal at Pizza Hut. She doesn't have any children of her own but has set views on how they should be brought up. She is training to be a health visitor at the moment and I pray to goodness I am wrong but I can't quite see her in that role. Yesterday I took her to a factory outdoor clothing place where there is a cafe as well. Bought DD1 a new school coat and I paid for coffees and cakes.
This morning after I had gone to work DD2 did something very wrong. OH had to sort it out and she decided to go home in a strop because it wasn't done her way. All this was happening whilst I was at work. OH has gone back to bed for a couple of hours as he is on nights. DD2 is grounded and going to bed very early every night.
Why can't life be easy? Why can't children be perfect? Why can't sisters keep their noses out? Why do sisters think they are always right? Why.........ok enough now.
