Site Hanging on Posts
Dear Forum Team For the past two weeks there has been an intermittent fault with the forum hanging when you post, duplicate posts appearing (possibly as users hit Submit again when nothing has happened!) and the site generally running laggy and slow. Can your techies look at this please? Our Board Guide RedFox is aware of…

MSE Competitions
I entered the "One Pound Meals" Book Giveaway Competition, to win a signed copy of the book. I was lucky enough to win, however, i was expecting (rightly or wrongly,) a copy "signed" by the author. My copy, (and others,) weren't "signed" by the author. They were 'facsimile copies' (mass produced). As i can't get any…

Why oh why you reply, does it put you to the end of the thread?
What is the point? Not as if you are gonna make another post as you have just made one. Really you should be back were you were or on the post after the post you replied to. I estimate fixing this could save 10,000 lives and 20 mega-tonnes of CO2.

Email Input Field MaxLength Too Low
When signing up using the energy club, part of the form is to confirm my email address. My email address for this site is 55 characters long, however the input field is only 50. I have to put in the same email address else it won't let me complete the forum. I managed to get around this by adjusting the length attribute of…

Block user feature
Does this website have the feature to block or ignore users? As in I can click button and I dont see their comments, but other people can unless they also click on ignore. I know some forums do, I would like to be able to block those people that seem to turn threads into arguments or only provide sarcastic comments. Thanks

Forum login
Curious to know why the forum login still isn't using SSL? We all know people are probably using the same user name and password elsewhere. If they are logging in on an unsecure network (like the ones you get in cafes etc), they have the risk of their logins being compromised.

Please add warning to 'Mid-contract' mobile text
The weekly email states the following: Mid-contract? You're likely stuck... The only way to escape is to pay the remainder of the contract in full (or thereabouts). If your provider hikes prices mid-contract you MAY be able to escape penalty-free - though they're allowed to raise tariffs by inflation each year. Please can…
