No emails for subscribed threads, is it a known problem?

I have stopped getting email notifications for subscribed threads. Any ideas why or how I can sort it out? Thanks

We haven't had any reports of problems.

Hi,

I've checked your settings and you should be receiving notifications as you've requested. As an added measure I've switched this setting off and on again.

Can you try unsubscribing and re-subscribing to the threads you'd like to subscribe to?

Could you also try subscribing to a new thread to see if that helps.

As a note, notifications are sent in batches in order not to overload the server so you won't necessarily get the notification the exact moment a post has been made.

Remember you can always see threads you've subscribed to, posted on etc in Your settings page.

If you're still not getting them by next week give us a shout.

I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else though and my own subscription emails are coming through ok so I'm afraid it might relate to your individual settings eg email.
