I've just bought a 1/2 acre plot of land with story and a half 2500 sq ft house passed on it (outline planning). I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how much it cost per sq ft to build? Also debating timber frame / traditional brick builds, if anyone has any views on timber frame I'd be glad to hear them!

Glass cutting in Belfast
I need a very small piece of glass cut to replace a broken picture frame. I used to go to Harrisons on the lower Lisburn Road, next to the City Hospital, for this sort of job, but they appear to have shut down or moved.
