Any one else have problems with this company in the last week I have had a damaged parcel pushed in the wrong letterbox packing torn (address was correct) awaiting a parcel now from George which was to be delivered today I suppose there still is time .. have had issues in the pass with Hermes who tell you to complain to the company you bought from to get them to complain in other words fobbed off :(

    Cherry I do not order from persons or companies who use Hermes

    Local shops wont send via them now, too many angry customers wanting to know who nabbed their stuff.
    It was a good idea, but they are just unable to come up with a secure system that stops things getting lost.

    That is so the search/investigation and ultimately the claims process can be started which only your sender can start off.

    If it's anything like us the sender gets some value of re-imburstment : you get towards having a reship or refund and can be a lot more credible if you report within hours/days when it comes to complaining at sender - why wouldn't you do it?
