I haven't been on holiday for quite a few years and I really want to go away this year.
Has anyone from NI booked anywhere interesting that was a reasonably good deal with flights and accommodation?

Been to Lanzarote a couple of times this year. Booked the apartment online then got EasyJet flights there and back. Worked out reasonably ok price wise.

Going to Poland in September. Easyjet fly direct from Belfast and the flights arent expensive.
Will book an apartment via Expedia shortly. The last one i looked at was 4-5 star, all mod cons, and £50 a night.0 -

The last few hols we've booked all the bits ourselves. Also, my son was saying hes planning on going to Croatia for a week - he'd previously have been a package hol person but hes booking this all seperate too.
I notice CherryScone is doing that too.0 -

Have you been to Montenegro before? How do you get there - fly easy jet to split and hire a car? And can you use that word on the internet these days without starting a row?“What means that trump?” Timon of Athens by William Shakespeare0 -

This is the first time in Montenegro. We're flying to Dubrovnik instead of split. Can't decide whether to rent a car or pay for a private transfer though I'm leaning towards a car. We're going to Sveti Stefan and Budva. Private transfer is around 100E. so 200E return as I need to get the ferry from Dubrovnik to Italy.0 -
