    Gambling losses?

I'm told the best bit about Lost Wages is the pawn shops - cars, motorbikes, engagement rings, suits.....
You can just imagine the scenes involved there... we'll win the car back in 20 minutes... Or perhaps not. Thumb out back to LA.

Have you been to Montenegro before? How do you get there - fly easy jet to split and hire a car? And can you use that word on the internet these days without starting a row?

Split looks like a good option as Belfast flies directly to there or is moving onto Montenegro a better option?

It's about a 7 hour drive from Split to Montenegro. If it's only for a week, I'd fly to Split and explore some of the islands. Hvar is a good choice.

Hvar away's that? The weather in Croatia is fab. The sea is like a lough though - dead calm. You won't be surfing. Bring your German phrase book - they're well used to catering to the master race in the former Yugoslavia. Not so much engleski.

Ferry should only take about an hour. It's 3 hours from Dubrovnik.

I'll chalk that off then, I would have preferred somewhere with an English speaking flavour.
