Can anyone recommend a place to go for a short city break in June?

Ideally flying from Belfast City or else International.

Trying to get cheap flights.... want to leave either 16th/17th June and only for 2 or 3 nights tops.

  • Krakow is a lovely city, visited in November, stayed in an apartment off the Old Square, should be nice and warm in June and is very reasonable to eat out, shop, sightsee etc.

San Sebastian is nice if you're into your food and wine.

Have to depart from Dublin though.

Belfast you could try Nice. Maybe stay in Antibes.
Krakow is a good shout too.

Try holiday pirates, I think you can adjust the search to find deals flying from your local airport. Only found this a few weeks ago and they have some amazing deals on there

I've recently had a fantastic break in Copenhagen. Flights were with Ryanir from Dublinbut were extremely cheap so worth the extra cost/hassle.

I can highly recommend Reykjavik too from Belfast International with Easyjet. In fact, I'd put it top of the list.

Nice mid June gonna be a bit hectic and massively inflated price wise due to 22 men kicking a ball :)

I'd give that one a miss this year.
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:

    Never even thought of that.

    Maybe avoid France.

Newcastle, co. Down. Cheaper than flying, and you'll appreciate going home!

    Try Easyjet holidays,

we got a good deal for Spain using it for the same weekend - in fact it was cheaper than the flight would have been on its own

Couldn't agree more, both utterly fantastic. Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen not to be missed.

Reykjavik is ok, but Iceland's real treasures are out of the city. The tourist areas near Reykjavik (Thingvellir) get very very busy in June/July.
