lump sum from pension
I am looking at an IVA. I have a car on HP which I have been told I can give back and any shortfall can form part of the IVA.Would it be OK to take a lump sum from my pension before the IVA is started to give to my wife so she can by a car?

Hi, Does anyone know what assets are considered when applying for a DRO? I dont have a car, or any savings or pensions... in fact i dont have alot! But I just wondered if anyone who had been through this process, knew anything about what they consider 'assets over £300'??? Thanks in advance :)

DMP - really that good?
I am in a DMP but i really don't see any light at the end of the tunnel or any major benifits from being in one. Ok i know i'm paying lower repayments to my creditors but i'm also paying them a cut to do this for me. Surely there is some other way of paying my debts off quicker and at less an expense?
