will ex's IVA affect my credit
Hi I hope someone can help me. I've found put that my ex has just entered into an IVA. We have 2 joint bank accounts he uses one and I use the other one, am I right in thinking that this will affect my credit rating, if so is there anything i can do to recover the situation. Thanks Jill

Thought I would share with fellow travellers that my creditors meeting was this morning and was accepted. It is a F&F with one payment now and one in a years time. Needless to say I am relieved. A big thanks to all who responded to posts and generally gave support during a difficult time. I will keep looking at the boards…
