not happy with the company who deal with my iva

hey everybody if somebody can help me, we have been in an iva for 1 year but we strugle because my budget was too small but we are trying to speak with the IP to review it but i can not get to speak to the IP just with the account manager and everytime they say something different .
Does anybody have any advise me what can i do because i am getting nowhere. thanks. help

    Hey Nowhere, changing IP's is not really an option - it can be done but is so expensive as to just not be worth it...

    You just need to be firm and insist that your current IVA is unworkable and that you need your budget re-done to better reflect your situation. It's not supposed to be luxurious or anything but your are supposed to be able to afford to live off it reasonably well.

    It's YOUR proposal, so you can insist it's done properly - the IP is just there to make sure it's all done in a legal and binding manner and then to "referee" it for the duration.

  • Thanks charco for your answer, I have been this morning in my local CAB
    i have been told to try again if after xmas i do not get a proper answer from them they will contact them, but is so fustrating you think this iva companies are there to help you and they are digging your grave diper.
    Just one advise if somebody is going for an IVA look very carefull ask to your local CAB do not trust this cowboys. bye
