Obviously desperate or is the 2 day gap an indication that you live in the outer solar system?

    Hi

I thought I had a subscription set for this, but apparently not.

I am feeling more settled at this time having spoken to my IP but I do wonder what companies tend to object Trust Deeds,

I have had my biggest creditor on the phone and they were very threatening and said if I didn't make a token payment they would refuse the Trust Deed as a matter of course. I know this may just be fighting talk but it was quite intimidating.

My big day for the deed becoming protected is on 26th December, and as I get ever closer I worry it will all fall apart.

  • Don't make any payments to any unsecured creditors while you are waiting for protection. It could sink the whole process.
  • Hi I've had mine from august 2009, which is now protected, but still getting calls from debtors. I have a question - does anyone know if they take child tax credit as an income as i have recently starting receiving this - thanks

never used this site and don't no how to start a forum - answers would be appreciated
