Debt relief order help
1) Would you have a meeting with the OR when you apply for a DRO via CAB?
2) Would your bank statements be examined (I managed my money poorly) and would you be interviewed? I understand that I'm in £12k debt all down to being stupid with my money, I am unable to pay my creditors now. I'm scared the OR would just ask why buy all this etc etc.. I have no assets as well.
3) Is student loan and grant (my only income at the moment) known as an income?
Thank you and happy new year:j
