DEBT RELIEF ORDER question?
Hey
I am thinking of applying for this Monday.
I graduated this year, have 12k debts and am being hounded by debt collectors and calls.
Now I have a job as a shop assistant and can barely pay rent etc i meet the criteria.
My issue is basically I noticed it says you cannot be a manager of a company under a DRO?
Is this just for a year? Or longer? As my ambition was to one day hopefully be a manager of something...
Please let me know!
Thanks

i believe the restrictions only last whilst you are under a DRO.
The manager of a company, is a business manager i.e. a company director.
So something like a team leader, or a project manager in a business would be okay. But these should all be explained to you before undertaking it.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
