The area to be skimmed is 37sqm altogether. One plasterer has quoted £730 after viewing. Another said £800 over the phone. Does this sound about right? I'm in Greater London btw. Cheers.

Quote for additional radiator
The job is: Install additional radiator (rad and valves supplied by me). Pipework to run from existing radiator in room above. Supply and fit trunking for exposed pipework. Cap off existing gas supply to fire at meter. The quote is: £245+vat So with the price of the rad included that's about £400. Any thoughts?
