Worcester Bosch boiler

We’ve had a quote for the following and wondered if it’s a good price:
Remove old boiler from kitchen utility room
Replace with new Worcester Bosch 30 CDi combi boiler
Remove tank in airing cupboard and re route pipe work to lay under floorboards
Remove shower pump and make good pipeork
Disconnect tanks in loft and remove smaller, plastic tank
With 10 yr warranty on main boiler part (exchange?)
Been quoted £2,800 with option of paying over 4 years interest free
In the South East, in Hertfordshire (if it matters)
What do you all think?
