House Valuation for Community Charge
Hi Does an7yone have any idea how you go about getting your property revalued with respect to the community charge. I have recently moved into a property and I am convinced it is in the wrong band. Any tips on how to get the council to take action or just a fair hearing. I live in Scotland which might have an effect. Thanks

This year over 350,000 Britains are taking advantage of the record high house prices in the Uk and selling up and moving abroad, mainly to the cheaper and sunnier mediterarian countries. Buy to let - via company
Are there any benefits to buying a house or flat to let via a company rather than privately purchasing it? Obviously it would involve the extra hassle of creating a company etc but are there any benefits to asset belonging to the company and the rental income being paid to the company rather than the individual?

Can I Offer finance
