Another query but hey thats why im on here. Im married. Is it ok on my INC and EXP to list all household outgoings even though my wife pays some ie. the rent £400, although this is not an expense to me it stills has an effect on the amount of money coming into the marital home and the lack of money to pay creditors.

I thought the purpose of the OR was to tie up your debts and deal with the creditors on your behalf but from reading some peoples posts on here its like they are there to screw as much cash out of you as possible to pay your creditors, which is right?
