Grey X over files in Windows 10
I cannot open lots of my files because although they are there, a grey X is stopping me. I've had this before but can't remember how to fix it. I do know it was something to do with One Drive. Any suggestions please.

Another excel question
I have been trying to add and display duration time in excel. I want to be able to add and display total time in minutes and seconds only. I have been formatting the cells under custom using [h]:ss. But when I enter data, the resulting figure is wrong. Am I entering the data incorrectly or am I missing a step?

how to work out percentage in excel?
I have a sensor that reads 314 when wet and 144 when dry. If the sensor reads 229 (50%) what formula do I need to show what the percentage is if 314 is 100% and 144 is 0% and how do I "convert" 314 to 100% and 144 to 0%?
