Windows 10 start up menu not working
About two days ago my windows 10 start menu disappeared - no list of programs, not tiles just blank. Edge seems to have disappeared too. Otherwise everything else seem ok. Deleted email
Can an email be recovered if it was sent to the deleted box? I deleted an email (Outlook) not realising I would need it and the box popped up saying if I deleted it from the deleted box it would be permanantly deleted. Is this true or is there a way I can recover it? Please note I don't see a recovery tab.

I've been using Google Chrome for over 5 years. My Dell Inspiron ran an update the other day, which seems to have been for Windows 10, malicious software removal and an Adobe Flash Player update.
