Large laptop for photo editing.

So some Toerag, broke into our house while we were sleeping.

I lost both my big high spec laptop that i use for running Lightroom 6 and Photoshop Elements, and hopefully editing drone footage, and also my pride and joy Microsoft Surface Pro 4.

I see the Surface Pro 5 is on the horizon, so I might hold off replacing that one.

So my immediate concern is replacing the Laptop.
I'm looking for a minimum 17" screen with an i7 processor, and 16gb Ram and a 256SSD plus another fast 1tb drive.

Not bothered about battery life or weight, don't need touchscreen or convertible screen.

Can anyone suggest somewhere that a PC like this could be bought off the shelf?
Or, a custom build place, last one was built by PCSpecialist, but they don't seem to cheap anymore.

I'm looking at spending no more than £1000.

Any help or advise gratefully received.
Was a 40 a day smoker for 20 years.
Decided to give up, and haven't had a fag for 12 years.
Halfway through losing six stone.

Looking forward to early retirement.
