DAB radio recommendation needed

Hi all.
Can anyone here, from personal experience, recommend a small/medium sized DAB radio make/model for use in our kitchen?
We are fed up with the way our current FM thing just tracks off station at the drop of a hat.
Please note however that we have also had not the best of experience with DAB sets displaying things like tinniness and 'mains hum'. If anyone can has acquired one in recent times which does the job decently I'd be very grateful to know. Beyond that obviously, this being MSE, a 'decent' price would also be welcome!

If you have poor FM reception then your DAB reception will be even worse.0

Our experience with the Tivoli System 3 has been positive

But, as was said, if you're in a reception blackspot, switching from FM to DAB will be unlikely to cure this.

If your FM radio is drifting off station then its Automatic Frequency Control is not working, is it switched on? I've had the same experience as you with DAB & personally I'd stick with FM, a new one if the present is one kaput. If you're determined to go DAB I have a Pure radio alarm that isn't totally awful.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0

Thanks for the replies so far.
As stated, the FM thing currently in the kitchen does drift off station annoyingly. The DAB set we have upstairs does NOT do this, although it does suffer from mains cable hum.
I will try the DAB set in the kitchen to see if the lower location is the cause of poor reception.0 -
I've been happily using a Pure One for a number of years now in the Kitchen.0

We have a Dualit kitchen radio that has a good sound. Not tinny in the slightest.

The only problem is that I don't think it is available any more.0 -

We have a Pure DAB with remote control and a snooze handle, both are extremely useful.
I particularly wanted one with push button station sets and not one which needed fiddling with to change stations. The little remote is great as long I put it in the same place each time after using it, I slide it under the handle.

There's that lovely Dualit one lying in our shed which I use in the garden cos it no longer plays without being plugged in.0 -
If you do go for DAB get one that's DAB+ capable, as current thought seems to be stations will eventually migrate to this rather than the current DAB, which is based on old technology.0
