I'm returning a faulty PC I've had for 2 weeks for a refund. Everything has been saved to an external drive. I will uninstall any software. I will clear internet history etc Do I need to do anything else before returning it tomorrow. I had my last PC for 8 years so haven't done this before.

I have sound after upgrading, which seems to be a major issue after googling. I've tried uninstalling audio drivers, scanning for updates and rebooting, but still no sound (Realtek). Any ideas anyone?
