Accessing Podcasts

I think the USB sync data cable of my iPod shuffle is broken as my computer is no longer recognising it, I bought a generic one off eBay but that doesn't work either. Is there a way I can access my podcasts so I can either cancel them for the time being or listen to them on the computer. I have tried signing into my apple account but nothing appears to happen.
