Sony Camcorder DCR-HC14E
Can anyone advise how I can transfer tapes from this camcorder model on to a CD please. The camera model apparently does not support a 'burn CD' system on the menu when plugged into the PC and camcorder so unable to use this function via the Picture Package software I installed.
