That was a little bit impatient to be honest. 20 minutes is hardly any time. Anyway, I have no idea what facewinks are, perhaps you could enlighten me?
Okay I googled it. Have you tried uninstalling from the control panel?

I've had a look on google too but not quite sure if it is a program or not? Did you install it yourself? If yes, look under contol panel.
If you think it's malware, download and install: Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50 - FileHippo.com click UPDATE, CHECK FOR UPDATES then run a FULL SCAN. Remove everything it finds by ticking the items and post log here.
Then install Download HijackThis 2.0.4 - FileHippo.com and hit the top button of the program which produces a log within seconds. Post log here.0 -

facewinks is a facebook app, sorry I don't know how to remove it but i have other apps I can't get rid of and they are really annoying.
Ok it seems you do download it on to your computer doesn't it have an uninstall in add remove programs?Nothing to see here, move along.0 -
If you go to Account > privacy settings at the bottom left you should see apps and websites
click edit your settings
apps you use ... edit settings
you should be able to find it listed and remove it from there.0
