looking at TomTom Xl from Halfords £110 but how to Quidco?
Don't think we can go wrong on choice of brand, TomTom also XL helps for my old folks too. now i'm setup on Quidco, which Halfords has 4% cash back from there, but Halfords web site is only reserve and ay in store, so does that mean i can't get the cash back?

Replace Hard Drive
I have looked at previous posts and think I can safely replace the hard drive in our del inspiron 1501 but, when I put the new one in what do I do then? Will it work when I turn the laptop on and install windows from disc? I have not done anything like this before so apologies if I have to keep asking for help.

Can anyone help me remove memory/data/files from a laptop that doesn't turn on?
I have two laptops that will not turn off and want to get rid of them. One of them has a damaged motherboard and the other one is damaged. How can I make sure that no personal files or details can be retrieved from the units? Shall I remove the hard drive, or do I need to take the memory out too? TIA for any help :)
