compaq 615 won't start up - but what does the amber flashing light mean?!
Ok, thought I'd ask before phoning Misco... Son's computer (four months old) won't start up, but when you press the power button, I notice that a tiny amber light flashes six or seven times - it's on the side, right beside where the ac adaptor plugs in. Any ideas?!

Netbook advice please!
I'm looking to buy a netbook sub £250. I don't want Windows 7 starter though. A decent battery life would be good but not absolutely essential as it will mainly be for use at home. Is it worth getting one with XP or should I be looking for full Windows 7? Any recommendations welcome! Thanks :)

internet explorer loads tons of windows on its own
hi all bit confused to be honest......... was on facebook a few minutes ago and closed the window, next thing i know my laptop has a fit and starts loading window after window of facebook, as fast as i can close them its opening loads more :eek: its done it about 3 times in a week, any ideas? :o
