Warning on chess sites

When I go onto chess.com or chessmaniac a warning comes up. I deny access but want to know if I should continue using them? I use antivir. Thanks for any advice.

I'm using Avira Antivir and both Chess.com and Chessmaniac.com seem fine. I did get what I suspect were false positives from a couple of sites recently, but updates to the software seem to have cured that.0
