Hi can someone please explain why on some sites i am getting just plain text and either some or no pictures it is as if the site is not loading properly. E.G

It is also happing with dell and this site is looking Bland and sometimes i just get the internet explorer cannot display the web page.
I have just had my OS reinstalled by Dell as the hardrive died.

Many web pages have a separate file containing all the CSS settings. It sounds like that hasn't loaded so you see only browser default fonts and lose any positioning info too.
Hitting refresh will normally sort this out. It suggests that either your connection or the website's is suffering from high contention.

Hi my isp is talktalk and the web site loaded fine later when i tried it again. But i am still having problems with other sites some load ok and some dont i have even tried to refresh but with no joy.
