How to back up a laptop information?
My last laptop broke down and we never managed to access the hard drive. This one is a couple of years old now and I have a lot of confidential reports on it because I am an independent worker. I know virtually nothing about computers and jsut need an easy way to back up my information on here, how??

Web site not responding
I often meet with buddies for a chat on a web site. Right now I am getting this error message HTTP 500 Internal Server Error Now this is strange as other folk are accessing the site. All other sites I try to contact work fine. Puzzled!

If I do an 'in place' upgrade from Vista Home Premium to W7 Home Premium; then, since W7 does not have an email program built in, will Windows Mail and all it's data be removed? DVD Rom drive on laptop playing up please help
I have been trying to get my Dvd rom drive on my laptop to read data dvds that I have burnt in the past and it does not seem to be reading them(though I can still burn onto blank disks), bought disks are not a problem, it only seems to be the blank ones that have data burn onto them, could there be any reason for this????
