How do I block windows live messenger on a router?
I need to block certain types of internet access during certain times of the day. I'm doing this on a netgear router that provides wifi access. The router has the capability to block particular sites using site addresses or keywords. So blocking ebay, facebook, youtube etc is easy, but how do I block live messenger? Thanks

Laptop Access Panel Stuck - Comet being difficult

i have a dv sony camcorder and would like to transfer film onto a disc. i've tried downloading the driver software from sony but it says my version of windows is not compatible. my 32 bit operating system vista and thats what sony says is required, any ideas, ta:confused:

Excel modified?
Morning all, I'm currently working on an excel sheet at work, I need to be able to display who the file was last svaed by in the sheet itself. I know I can find the information through Windows Explorer but would ideally like to be able to see it on the sheet itself. Also is there anyway to keep a log of edits? Thanks :p

Replacing laptop hard drive
Our HP laptop's hard drive failed and we have ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, we can only find one of the two rescue disks we made for this machines, but do have a copy of XP. Spooler SubSystem App stopped working and was closed
Hoping someone can help. I was printing yesterday and after a while of printing I got the message 'spooler subsystem app stopped working and was closed' now I can't print at all.
