Hi there,
I would like to set up another user on my computer which has VISTA for my daughter to use. I want to stop her being able to get into my email account and literally want her to just be able to surf the net. I don't want her to be able to get into my documents folder either.
Is this possible?
Many thanks

yeah also you can activate a guest account on it which will login without password.0

Thanks for that. I've just tried setting up a new user. I selected all programmes and then blocked my email account and then have had major problems getting into anything on my Administrator account. I have had to do a system restore! What did I do wrong?0 -
You need to change your email account password. Email is supported by your isp/email supplier not Vista. Any PC can read your email with your login name and PW...
Replace your Vista account PW as well.
Not a good idea to activate Guest Account either.0 -

I have activated guest account and it's now doing what I want it to do. Documents folder is empty and the guest cannot go into with windows mail?0
