laptop can't get online
hi, i wondered if anyone could help, when my son goes onto his laptop he cant get onto the internet, when i checked, it says it is connected to my wireless modem, he can get onto MSN but cannot do anything else, could anyone give me any tips as of what to do :confused: :beer: thanks in advance carla

i use msn messenger..whenever a friend sends over a piccie ,i get some virus scanner box (think its called livecare?) that tries to scan the pic and fails i only accpet pics from folk i know...so can i lose the virus scanner thing somehow?
