Win TV and W7 MCE Problem

Hello, thanks for taking the time to look at my problem, hopefully someone may be able to help

I have just installed windows 7 7077 32 bit

all drivers for my hardware are up to date - Realteck HD audio and nvidia geforce 8300 gs Graphics

I have a Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1100 installed and running the WinTV v7 fine

but ........... within Media Center live tv, I select a channel and only get audio for about 5 second with no picture at all. The sample video within WMC does not play either.

I have also installed MCE soft encoders and all the lates ffdshow codecs

any help trying to solve this matter would be greatly appreciated
