Eee font gone funny

Problems with pc
I have been having problems getting my pc to come on,when i press the button on the hard drive box then the screen the hard drive all the lights light up but seems like it isnt connecting to the screen,the light will go green then orange,after bout 15 minutes it works ant ideas please its driving me mad.
