Keeping BBCiPlayer downloads

Hi, I'm using AOL but while I'm on Aol I keep getting pop ups through internet explorer I'm getting up to 20 in 10 mins, I have been onto internet options and made sure my pop up blocker is un but they keep coming, it's driving me insane, any advice would be great.

backing up an IPOD
hi i have about 4500 songs on my IPOD. IPOD say i can make back up copies of the ipod onto CDRs, but does anyone know how many discs this will take? i am assuming that as it will be a data backup and not an audio file backup it will not be 300 (ish) CDS....
