trojan wJWs.exe, how do I know I killed it

Options
I was browsing and all of a sudden a DOS window popped up and hey presto I had wJQs.exe doing stuff. Running Firefox 3.0.2, Avast (online scanner enabled) and a firewall.

I turned off wireless and have done the following.
Cleaned out all temp and internet files
Run Avast from boot up,
Restored to a restore point a week ago.
Run adaware 2008 with latest definitions
Upgraded back to FF 3.0.2
Rerun Adaware and avast.

Before logging back in to ebay/paypa/mail etc are there any other scans I can do to see if I still have a trojan inection?

Thanks
