Sony Laptop VGN-NR38E

Hi

My dad want's to buy a laptop and has fallen for the above.

The only thing he will use it for is surfing - he loves google earth (which I think is a powerful tool). I'm wondering if the processor on this lap top is OK for this. Processor speed 1.86 and a Processor bus of 533Mhz (no idea what a processor bus is). It has 2048 of RAM.

Hi,

While you didn't give many specs on the computer i'm more than certain that the computer will be plenty fast enough for surfing and google earth. If that is the one he wants I say go for it!
