I just purchased a Philips DVDR3380 Recorder. I have no TV aerial.....just watch TV from my Sky+ box. Anyone know how I can set up my DVD recorder to tape from Sky ???

adding an extra hard drive

i have the above which i pay for monthly through aol which means it's updated quite often, should i be using anything else or would this be enough? i also have anti virus, spyware and computer check up on aol. r they any good or again should i be using something else? thanks in advance
