Dell 19" LCD Set Up..Help Please!
I have a new Dell 19" LCD monitor (not ultra sharp) and am struggling to get a decent image out of it. I've try'd fiddling with the contrast etc but the images all seem 'washed out'. Has anybody got one of these and what settings do you have it at? Cheers

Sound of mic is low...
I can't seem to be heard very well over VoIP applications - I've checked the volume setting on the taskbar and the microphone volume is set to high, but even with the VoIP application volume on maximum I struggle to be heard - is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot? :o
