As she is a welsh student studying in England she can not apply for a NHS bursary of £4575 instead she has to apply for a Care Council for Wales bursary of £2500. Can anyone explain why a welsh student, studying social work in England is not able to get an NHS Bursary of £4575 instead they have to get a Care Council for Wales Bursary of £2500 leaving them £2075 worse off.Are there any top ups available?

Non-return of Student accommodation deposit.
The house was signed over, no problem. Final bills paid at bank as requested by landlord to get a stamped copy of bill. These bills then sent by recorded delivery to landlords home address. Four weeks later no sign of the deposit. A letter has being drafted. Is there any points you think I need to make sure are included?
