Debit Cards
Hi, I'm 16 and have had a VISA Electron card since I was 14, which I hate as I've found some places won't take it  I was told when I got it that I could have a VISA card when I was 16, but when I went back, they said I had to be 18. So I was wondering if there are any banks that will give me a proper VISA Debit card?

Make over £100 in a year using your overdraft
For those of you looking to invest your overdraft: The interest rate is only 5.0% AER but with the £50 bonus you'll make just over £100 in a year which is a lot better than some of the higher rate accounts. http://www.ingdirect.co.uk/offer50/ :j

Interest free graduate loan from Natwest
I finally managed to finally get my £2,000 overdraft paid off in June of this year, exactly three years after I graduated. Hooray! I spent the first year after graduation struggling on a relatively low income, constantly deep (for me) in the red. It was hard to motivate myself to save in this position, and I didn't manage…

Nat West 'Young Persons Railcard'
I have been told by a fellow student that I can still qualify for a 'young persons railcard,' even if I am a mature student (aged 47) in my first year - it's just that I will only get it for 3 years instead of the 5 years advertised. Yet when I look at the small print in the terms and conditions, it says: 'Mature students…
