split house buying thread?
Is there any reason why the 'House Buying, Selling and Renting' forum can't be split into three? The problems and issues are different, and it's irritating to trawl through loads of threads about (say) renting when what you're really interested in is (say) house selling.

Cannot insert hyperlinks or smilies
For some time now I've been un able to insert smilies in posts. I can click on them but nothing happens however I can now no longer insert hyperlinks either.
