Is there any reason why the 'House Buying, Selling and Renting' forum can't be split into three? The problems and issues are different, and it's irritating to trawl through loads of threads about (say) renting when what you're really interested in is (say) house selling.
No longer a spouse, or trailing, but MSE won't allow me to change my username...
