Fixed Rate 1 year Bond or Term Accounts
Hi All I am looking for a bit of advice regarding Fixed Rate 1 Year Bond or Term Accounts. My father has £2000 and wishes to invest this in a 1 year fixed rate account. He has already used (or will use soon) his £7k maxi ISA, so who would provide the highest rate for that 1 year? Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

Spanish Power
Hi, I am still pondering what to do with my Scottish Power shares, before the Spanish invasion, and time is running out. Slightly concerned about CGT. Would I be able to stuff 7K's worth into this and next year's ISA, as a CGT saving shell? If so, what would then happen to my 2 ISA's after takeover, would they be lost,…
