Fixed Rate 1 year Bond or Term Accounts

Hi All
I am looking for a bit of advice regarding Fixed Rate 1 Year Bond or Term Accounts. My father has £2000 and wishes to invest this in a 1 year fixed rate account. He has already used (or will use soon) his £7k maxi ISA, so who would provide the highest rate for that 1 year? Any help would be much appreciated.
