Bank charges for deceased parent.
She died 2007 aged 82 and there was a monthly charge on a bank statement for some sort of management from the bank. It was ridiculous as her money should have been moved to a savings account. Is it too late to claim?

We have a claim with M & S for PPI they say they have not found in our favour but have agreed to pay a refund for undisclosed commission and interest and loss of interest on savings less tax. Can we bank the cheque but still dispute their decision to reject the claim?
