Help claiming back PPI tax

I am looking to claim back the tax paid from my PPI claim. I asked over a month ago to be sent a copy of my award details. However this has not been done and the lady on the phone advised me my claim was for £2161.70, tax was £235.51 and I was paid £1926.19.
I don't want to make a false claim, and I can't find anything online that helps, I am completing the form online and there is a part that states UK interest, net interest paid by banks, building societies, & PPI payments then states after tax taken off. I am confused over which figure goes in here. Is it the £235.51 tax amount?
Thanks in advance

If £235.51 tax was deducted them the gross taxed interest from that payout would be £1,177.55.
The net amount would be £942.04.
You will also need details of any normal interest received i.e from (non ISA) bank accounts.2 -
