Which banks will be sending PPI letter?
Will it only be the big banks that will be sending PPI letters or will all banks be sending them? How do they determine who has been miss-sold?

Mis sold income protection
I am in the process of reclaiming PPI but having read many threads, I'm disturbed to think that my bank HSBC sold me an income protection policy on the understanding I had to accompany my new business account and certainly not wanted ! Do I have basis for complaint ?

Is this a valid reason for reclaiming ppi?
I had 2 credit cards,egg and lombard. At the time the agreements started and ppi added I was already covered by a hospital plan (payments made to credictors if in hospital) and personal accident plan. Are these cause for complaint? I would like to avoid a claims company to find this out!
